This website contains the first few chapters of a biography of Nautilus Sports/Medical Industries (Nautilus), from its inception until it was sold by its inventor, Arthur Jones.  William Jones, the son of Arthur Jones, is the writer of this biography.  The first few chapters of this book are being presented for review and critique.  As you will see, there are two different versions (or styles of writing) that have been taken.  Readers are encouraged to read both versions and send any comments to me via E-mail.

At this time there is no projected publication date for this book, though additional chapters (in both styles of writing) have been completed.  Once I have determined which method or style of writing is preferred, then I will proceed to complete this book (if there appears to be sufficient interest).

In addition to the written material, photographs will be added to this website as the opportunity presents itself.  William E Jones retains the copyright on all material in this website, and as such it is not to be used for any purpose other than that stated above.

News:

If you would be interested in purchasing DVD copies of some of the old TV shows produced by Arthur Jones (episodes of both Wild Cargo and Capture), please contact me via E-mail.  Please note, some of the video is in poor quality, however these shows are, to my knowledge, no longer available anywhere else.  IF there is enough interest, then I will offer these for sale in sets of either two or three DVDs.  Estimated price for the set (at this time) is $27.00 (shipping costs, and sales tax where applicable, would be additional).

Arthur died on August 28, 2007.  A memorial service was held for him at the Jumbolair Ballroom in Ocala, Florida, in late September of 2007.  At the service a memorial booklet was given to all attendees, of which there were approximately 150 from across the globe.  It has occurred to me that other people who were unable to attend might wish to have a copy of the booklet.  Below is a link to the AJ Memorial Booklet, in PDF form.  If for any reason the link does not work, please go to the Contact Me page, and send an E-mail.  I will then E-mail you a copy of the booklet..

I would like to thank all the people who contributed to the booklet, and who attended the memorial service.

Have added four short Power Point slide shows. Please go to Photo page to see -->  Photos

Also, if you enjoy these slide shows, please let me know, and I will continue to add more.  Without feedback, I have no way of knowing if people would like to see more.  Thank you, WEJ.
